Who we are
Alexander's Antiques operates this public site for the gallery collection, inquiries, and the Collector's Letter.
When the signed policy is published, this section will name the legal entity that controls personal information and how to reach it.
Information we collect
We expect to describe account details, inquiry messages, newsletter addresses, and technical logs used to run the site.
Mock note: no extra categories are claimed here until the final policy lists them.
How we use information
Intended uses include answering inquiries, sending requested letters, keeping a collector account, and operating the catalogue.
The signed policy will state the lawful basis for each use. This draft does not create that basis.
Sharing
We do not sell collector lists. Processors that host email, identity, or the storefront may receive only what they need to perform those services.
A later revision will name those processors or point to an up-to-date list.
Retention and choices
We will keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymise it.
Collectors will be able to ask for access, correction, or deletion through the contact details on this site once the signed policy is live.
