Description

Pair of antique French Empire red porcelain and ormolu-mounted lamps, attributed to Sèvres. The porcelain bases of the lamps are decorated with ovals depicting bouquets of hand painted multicolored flowers on a red porcelain background. The main column of the lamp is decorated with spiraling stripes of polychrome flowers and two-tone 24-karat matte and burnished gold ornamentation. The ormolu is hand chiseled with matte and burnished gold. Dimensions: Height with electric 30" Height without electric 19" Base 6".
