Further decorated with raised gold and enamels. Mounted in doré bronze with Medusa heads and handles, the ormolu mounts exquisitely hand chisseled and detailed with two-tone burnished and matte gold. Signed by the artist on front panel: "Poilovin", circa 1880, Paris.
